I honestly didn't think a tent would fit in my backyard because our side gate is super narrow and the path is uneven. I called around to a few places for a party rental Surrey based, and most just asked for measurements and said 'maybe.' Nexgen actually sent a guy out to look at the space first. My cousin recommended Nexgen when we were searching for event rentals Surrey for our outdoor reception. Honestly, so glad we went with them. Nexgen is by far the best choice for event rentals in Surrey has to offer right now. They actually show up within their delivery window, and the invoice was exactly what they quoted no hidden fees added on later. They went above and beyond and even made suggestions to make our event best. One of best event rentals surrey. I shopped around quite a bit to find the perfect tent for our wedding at the right price, and finally found it at NexGen Tents! The owner was very helpful and informative in helping us decide the size, type, and flooring of the event. The tables, chairs, lights, and obviously the tent were exceptional and very clean! Unfortunately there was light rain on the day of our wedding, but they set up the tent and heaters in such a way that no water came into the area and all our guests were happy and warm. From the first call I made to Prabh (the owner of NexGen), till the teardown and pack up, I felt that I was talking to a person who knew what he was saying. No stupid markups for a certain type of event and no compromise on quality. I experienced professionalism and timely execution. The tents were clean, the flooring was as promised, the lighting was beautiful. They came and surveyed the area a week or so before the event, gave us pragmatic feedback, helped us design are space and assembled the tent on time. This was the BEST decision to get a checkered dance floor for our wedding. From the first message, they were responsive and informative. Everytime I had a question they had an answer!! Even when they noticed the weather wasn’t planning for sunshine, they let me know they had tents available as well. They showed up on time, got the job done and were overall great to work with.
