I called around to a few places for a party rental Surrey based, and most just asked for measurements and said 'maybe.' Nexgen actually sent a guy out to look at the space first. The owner was very helpful and informative in helping us decide the size, type, and flooring of the event. The tables, chairs, lights, and obviously the tent were exceptional and very clean! Unfortunately there was light rain on the day of our wedding, but they set up the tent and heaters in such a way that no water came into the area and all our guests were happy and warm. From the first call I made to Prabh (the owner of NexGen), till the teardown and pack up, I felt that I was talking to a person who knew what he was saying. No stupid markups for a certain type of event and no compromise on quality. I experienced professionalism and timely execution. The tents were clean, the flooring was as promised, the lighting was beautiful. They came and surveyed the area a week or so before the event, gave us pragmatic feedback, helped us design are space and assembled the tent on time.
