What types of events do you provide rentals for?
We cater to all kinds of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, outdoor festivals, and more across British Columbia.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?
We recommend booking your tent rentals as early as possible to ensure availability—especially during peak seasons (spring through fall). Many of our clients book 6 to 12 months in advance, particularly for weddings or large events. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Do you offer site visits before the event?
As part of our booking process, we do site visit to assess the space, discuss your event needs in person, and ensure the setup will be safe and seamless. Once we’ve reviewed the location with you, we can finalize the booking.
Do you offer event setup and takedown services?
Yes! Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown to ensure a seamless event experience.
How much do rentals cost?
Pricing depends on the items, quantity, rental duration, and delivery location. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your needs.
Do you offer discounts for large events?
Yes! We offer special pricing and package deals for large-scale events, multi-day rentals, and repeat customers.
Are you insured and certified to operate??
Yes! We’re fully insured, bonded, and WorkSafeBC approved. Your safety and peace of mind are our priority..
Where do you deliver?
We serve the Lower Mainland, Okanagan and surrounding regions. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on the size and complexity of the order. Small setups can take 30–60 minutes, while large tents and full event setups may take several hours.
Do I need a permit for a tent rental?
Some locations may require permits for large tents. Check with your venue or city regulations.
What is your cancellation and payment policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
We do not collect more than the deposit in advance.
If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the event, the full payment remains due, regardless of whether the balance has been paid yet.
This policy ensures we can reserve your equipment and schedule your setup crew, turning away other potential bookings for your date.
